Marsa Alam: Paradise on the Red Sea After a long flight, we landed in Marsa Alam, the pearl of the Red Sea coast. Upon arrival we were greeted by a stunning mix of turquoise water and dramatic desert scenery. Day 1: Relaxation on the beach Our first day was relaxing. We soaked up the sun, took refreshing dips in the clear water, and enjoyed snorkeling on coral reefs teeming with vibrant marine life.
